Ingredient: Tempura flour, water, Prawn, long bean
Ways:
- Marinate prawn and long bean with tempura flour
- Bring oil in the wok. Wait until the oil is ready.
- Place the prawn and long bean to fried until the skin is yellowish.
Tips:
- Make sure the flour are mix well with water.
- Place a paper on plate to absorb oil.
- Place a chopstick in the oil to check it is ready. There will be bubble when the oil is ready for fried.
