Mee Sua

Mee Sua


Ingredient: Hand made Mee Sua, egg, prawn, minced pork, salt, soya sauce, white pepper, water, oil, garlic, spring onion, sesame oil, water, oil
Ways:
  1. Marinate the minced pork with a bit of salt, soya sauce, white pepper and sesame oil.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl with add in soya sauce and white pepper.
  3. Put sesame oil in the wok and let it heat.
  4. Pour the beaten egg and fried it. Cut the egg into smaller pieces when it is ready. Take out and put into the bowl.
  5. Put some oil in the work and let it heat.
  6. Add in garlic and fried the garlic until it change to light chocolate colour.
  7. Add in prawn, salt and fried it.
  8. Shape the minced pork with spoon and continue fried it.
  9. Once the minced pork change colour, add in water and let it boiled.
  10. Add in Mee Sua, egg and stir it.
  11. Add in spring onion once it boiled and it is ready to be served.

Tips:

  1. Stir the Mee Sua in the boiled water to prevent the Mee Sua stick together.
  2. Don't put the soya sauce in the Mee Sua as the soup will become sour. Encourage add salt in the soup to make the taste good.
  3. You can put cabbage or carrot and it also taste good.
This is my favorite foods and it taste so good everytime i cook it especially for breakfast. Yummy!!
