Fried banana with Tempura flour

Fried banana with Tempura flour
Ingredient: Tempura flour, banana(cut into half)
Ways:
  • Mix Tempura flour with water according to the package instruction
  • Marinate banana well with the mixture
  • Heat oil in wok
  • Fried the banana until golden color.

Tips:

  • Make sure the oil is heat enough before put the banana in.

I try this dish as i have leaf over Tempura flour. It taste good, simple and delicious. Try out and see.
