http://www.5721.net/fuyangbb/

2010 Feng Sui Talk by Joey Yap

I was attended Feng Sui Talk yesterday. The talk was about classical Feng Sui. The first thing he told us was to invest a campus. He teached us how to use space to increase positive and reduce the negative element. North West is the best direction for 2010. West represent noble people.East represent power status and money. North represent relationship. South direction not good which might cause separation or break out. South East also not good which might cause lost like robbery and etc.South West is the negative factor. Avoid use South west to reduce bad luck.Just to share out. Not sure how true it is.

Between, you can go to http://www.fengshuilogy.com/ to plot your ba zi. It will show you simple explaination.

RM1 per visit for Malaysia is a very low price if compared to visiting the private clinics which normally charge in around RM20 to RM30 per visit for the common sickness like fever, cough and flu.

For example, if every year you and your family member visiting the clinic for an average of 12 times and the total medical expenses will be around
RM240 to RM360 per year. By visiting the 1Malaysia Clinic the total costs will reduce tremendously to only RM12.

If you are living nearby the 1Malaysis Clinic and do not have the coverage of the company's medical benefit, by visiting 1Malaysia Clinic definitely will ease the burden of the medical bill.

Will you visit the 1Malaysia Clinic if it is located nearby where you live in order to reduce the medical expenses?

Persimmon

It's a forward article which would like to share with you.

Although there are many benefits of eating persimmon, but there are a few points need to be reminded:

1. Fasting can not eat persimmons
Contains more a result of persimmon tannin and pectin, in the fasting cases they will be formed under the effect of gastric acid of the lumps vary in size, if these lumps can not reach the pyloric intestine, it will remain in the stomach to form gastric persimmon stone, Stone was originally a small stomach, such as apricots, persimmon nuclear, but the more the larger plot. If the stomach can not be naturally expelled diospyrobezoar, it will cause the digestive tract obstruction, there upper abdominal pain, vomiting, and even vomiting blood and other symptoms, surgery was found in the stomach as big as a fist persimmon stone. If the stomach "with bottom", then the stomach can be avoided persimmon stone formation.

2. Persimmon skin can not eat
Some people feel that eating persimmon persimmon skin while chewing are more than the single-eaten persimmon taste, in fact this is unscientific eat. Because the vast majority of persimmon tannin in concentrated in the skin, in persimmon astringent, it is impossible to tannic acid which all Tuojin, if eaten with skin is easier with the formation of gastric persimmon stone, especially astringent process incomplete , its skin contains more of tannic acid.

3. Do not containing high-protein crabs, fish, shrimp and other foods eaten together
Chinese medicine, crab and persimmon are of cold foods and therefore I can not be fresh. From the perspective of modern medicine, containing high protein crab, fish, shrimp under the effect of the tannic acid, it is easy to solidified into blocks, namely, stomach persimmon stone.

4. Diabetics Wu Shi
Persimmon containing 10.8% due to sugars, and most are simple pairs of sugar and simple sugars (sucrose, fructose, glucose is such), so after eating is very easily absorbed, so that hyperglycemia. For diabetic people, especially those in poor glycemic control is even more harmful.

5. Enough is enough
The tannic acid in persimmon with dietary calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron and other minerals to form compounds that can not be absorbed by the body so that these nutrients can not be used and therefore I eat persimmons easily lead to a lack of these minerals. And because more sugar persimmon, so people eat persimmons than eating the same amount of apples, pears and more satiety of Health, which will affect the appetite, and reduce the intake of meals. Is generally believed that fasting is not the case, each no more than 200 grams to eat persimmons suitable.

6. Mouthwash after eating
Persimmon sugar high, and contains pectin, persimmon, after eating part of the total stay in the mouth, especially in the teeth, with the addition of tannic acid weak acid, it is easy to cause tooth erosion, the formation of dental caries and therefore I eating persimmons advised to drink after a few saliva, or timely mouthwash

Kuala Lumpur trip with 16 month baby

This was our first trip go to KL with my baby for long distance for 3 days 2 nights. It was more smooth compare to Cameron trip. We don't plan tied schedule. Just plan for nice and relax trip. We depart on Sunday and back on Tuesday to avoid the busy traffic in KL.

One of the day we stay in Swiss Inn near to china town which don't have in house car park. We park our car near by the hotel. It was not so convenient but a strategy location if you plan go to Petaling street and KL town shopping center. Key thing i'll take note next time was the car park facility if bring baby. Between, i likes the "Lou Syu Fan" in Petaling street.I only remember to take the photos when we almost finish the dish. Haha

We went to Sunway Pyramid shopping center on the first day. The shopping center was well decorated as christmas just pass by. There were baby room in Jusco at Sunway which was convenient to mother.

We went to Zoo Negare on the second day. We depart from Puchong around 10am and reach Zoo Negara around 11am. The traffic was just nice. Zoo Negara in KL was better compare to Taiping Zoo. A lot of animals and show in the Zoo. There were 2 car parks in the Zoo but only car park A open during week day. The wash room was clean and the Zoo was well maintain. Remember to bring stroller as the Zoo was quite big. Avoid wear thick cloth on your baby as the weather is a bit hot.You can refer to http://www.zoonegara.org.my/openinghours.html for detail Zoo Negara information.

This trip we brought a lot of water for the drink and milk. My baby don't have diarrhea. Probably the weather is not cold like Cameron.
