Quick breakfast recipe- Potato soup

I like this dish as it is delicious, nutrition and easy to prepare.

Ingredient: Potato, ginger (Optional), pandan leaves, brown sugar
Ways:
1. Remove potato skin and steam it until soft.
2. To prepare syrup while the potato are steaming, boil water in a pot. Add the pandan leaves and ginger and let it boil on medium fire for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and let it boil for 5 minutes. Brown sugar can be added according your own favor taste.
3. Pour in the potato into the syrup once it is ready.
4. Lower fire and let is simmer to another 15 minutes. It is ready to serve.

Tips:
1. Smash the ginger before add in the syrup so that the ginger will be able to taste.
2. Add in brown sugar in the potato before steam. Remember spread the sugar evenly.

It was so delicious the potato soup eat with cheese bread toast. Try it out.

Quick breakfast recipe- Sandwich

It is simple, healthy and easy to prepare.


Ingredient: Egg, mayonnaise, corn, tomato, oat bread

Ways:

1. Steam the corn and set aside.

2. Cut the tomato into cube.

3. Boil the egg until cook.

4. Cut the egg into small pieces.

5. Add in the egg, tomato, corn into bowl and mix it with mayonnaise.

6. Once it well mix, you can place it on top of the oat bread.

Tips:

1. You can keep the mixture in the refrigerator if you not able finish it. Encourage not keep for too long.

2. You can add in other vege that you like in the sandwich base on your own favor.

3. You can put the boiled egg in the cold water if you want to cut it fast.

Italian toast

I like this dish from the first time taste it at De-Garden confinement home. I get the recipe from the cook and modified it to suit my own taste. It is delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredient: egg, hotdog, bread, fresh milk

Ways:

1. Stir the egg with fresh milk and set aside.

2. Boil hot dog in the water and set aside.

3. Toast the bread.

4. Fried the egg with until the egg almost done.

5. Place the bread toast on top and fried the egg until cook.

Tips:

1. Don’t put too much fresh milk to avoid watery in your egg.

2. You can choose fried the hot dog or boil. Boil is healthier.

3. Fried the egg with small fire so that easy to control.

4. You can topping the Italian toast with mayonese and tomato sauce base on your needs.

5. You can add cheese and corn in your bread to toast if you are cheese and corn lover. I like to add corn.It is sweet and crunchy

Quick breakfast recipe- bread toast with chicken ham and tomato

We were excited to tryout many various simple recipe with our new Electrolux oven. Only a few simple steps that we could have this yummy bread toast with chicken ham and tomato. It was healthty, fast and cheap.

Ingreadient: chicken ham, bread, tomato

Ways:
1.Cut tomato into slices.
2. Toast the bread and chicken ham separately.
3. Place the chicken ham and bread toast with tomato once it ready.

Tips:
1. You can add in cheese into bread to toast if you are cheese lover.
2. You can add in other vege that you like e.g cucumber and etc.
