Asam Prawn

Asam Prawn
Ingredients: Prawn, Asam, salt, soya sauce, sugar, pepper, garlic(slice)
Ways:
  • Marinate the prawn with asam, salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce for ~ 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Saute the garlic until fragant.
  • Put in the prawn and stir until smell good and the prawn become redish.

Tips:

  • Keep the marinate prawn in the freeze to maintain the prawn freshness.

It was a simple dish right? What you need to do is plan ahead the time to marinate the prawn.
